I found my new chiropractor. Ben is no frills and no nonsense takes a reasonable ampunt of time and is thoroughly efficient. Nothing like that guy who spends 3 minutes with me talking about his work with the Texans and says nothing about me and my condition.

Awesome experience. It was my first visiting R.E. Fitness. I heard about Ben Mize through a friend and glad I did. I have used several chiropractors and Ben made the whole experience Personable and I felt confident in everything he did. I took my wife with me for her first adjustment ever and the level of comfort she felt as she was getting worked on earned him a life long customer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Ben Mize, owner of R.E. Fitness has been my trainer for close to 3 years. In the past, I often limited my workouts due to knee issues. Training with Ben has increased my overall strength, endurance, and fitness. No more knee issues! He is a chiropractor and knows human physiology well. This additional knowledge and skill enhances his ability as a trainer to help rehab his clients in addition to fitness training.
