Only come here because it's one of the few places that clean in-house and do same day cleaning. However the front desk staff, one lady in particular, is always short and rude in her communication. I try to avoid coming here unless I really need something cleaned same day.

We became customers when we moved into the neighborhood a couple of years ago. We followed them when they moved from Westheimer to Shepherd. I'm VERY happy with their service and the results- and the prices! I've also had them do some basic alterations and they did a great job. Highly recommend.

I have now used Prime Cleaners twice, and the service and quality was excellent both times. Even better, they took my 50% off coupons each time. They don't limit coupons to first time customers. My $6.25 bill (which is a decent price) came out to $3.58 with tax. Not bad for a tunic style women's dress shirt. Thank you, Prime Cleaners! I will be back. :) Tip: Actually look at the back of your HEB grocery store receipt to save some change!
