Matt M. went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied, and they did a great job. We called Power Vac after discovering the back of our registers were covered in mold. Matt and crew replaced our vents and did a full clean of the system, including the source of the mold, our AC plenum. He also explained why mold was more prevalent in certain rooms within our house, which was really helpful information as we try and prevent mold growth in the future. One small detail that I especially appreciated was that the plastic vents were replaced with metal vents, in part because plastic vents yellow over time. Matt and Josh told me in detail what they would be doing to clean our ducts. I was concerned that it might mess the house up and they assured me that their goal is to leave so that I never knew they were there. They did exactly that.
