The employees are always very courteous, polite and professional. Ever since I’ve been coming to this location at 10611 Fuqua throughout the years. Especially this young man an employee by the name of Mr. Isaiah was very kind, nice and always provides good Customer Service. I highly recommend Pilgrims Cleaners because of their quality of service and great Customer Service that they have always strived to maintain throughout the years.

My daughters dress was nicely done, but no one took the time to take it out the bag to show me how it looked before purchasing… other than they service was great! I do like the fact you get a text message once service is complete so you don’t forget to pickup your items!
