“Been going here since January 2021 for injured disk in back and nerves. My pain was severe on left side down to my left knee, 24-7. Since coming to AMPT, my pain is much less severe. Madison and Jamie are great PTs and really experts at what they do. In fact, all of the PTs here are. I still have a way to go, but I know AMPT is the place that will help me.“

“I was in pain management at UTMB for several years with limited results, so after going through many reviews and recommendations Dr.Azim was my choice so i set up an appointment to see him.Our office visit was good he listen to me with concern never interrupting i provided all medical records they needed so he could evaluate my conditions.i followed his recommendations with physical therapy exercise and medication and what a great change in my life im able now to do more with family and friends since entering his office im not pain free because im 85 years old and some things will always hurt a little or ache and thats ok ive come a long way on a smoother journey Thanks you DR.
