Alicia was so professional and fixed my phone in 4 hours. I took it to a repair chain prior, and they told me it'd be anywhere between 2 weeks to 6 months for them to get another screen in. You're a queen Alicia, thanks so much!!! Will post update review in a few weeks after using:)
Called Alicia right before my lunch time and it took about an hour for the fix. I’m currently using the phone she fixed (touchscreen for iPhone12) so i’ll let the results speak for themselves. She was friendly and communicated well so i’ll definitely be back and recommend her to my friends.
Alicia is THE BEST! her customer service was so on point and she really went out of her way to update me along the process. I highly recommend her to anyone that needs a repair. I was even able to get her services the day before New Years!!!! 10/10!!!!!
