Took my cat in for some bumps and Dr. Papan was very thorough in explaining what they were and what needed to be done. He took the time to explain to us the possible out comes and listened to our concerns and questions. Impeccable service, they completed the surgery on my cat just 3 weeks later (they are busy) and he has healed up beautifully. I am very pleased with this vet and will continue to use and highly recommend.

I have been going to Petworks for many years. I have taken all my pets there and have always felt they were caring professionals that care about the animals they treat and their owners by not only providing great care but at affordable prices. They have always been kind and courteous to everyone unless the people are unreasonable and I have seen more than few customers be both rude and unreasonable.

I took my dog there for vaccination as the clinic is near my house and didn't expect much. However, the experience had far exceeded my expectations. The front desk lady was friendly and helpful. Dr. Pappan was caring, knowledgeable and thoughtful. I told him that I have a hard time giving my dog medicine, instead of telling me to force it down, massage his throat etc etc, he suggested to have the medicine made in a compounding pharmacy into liquids. That was such a game changer.
