We were remodeling a commercial storefront and decided to upgrade the floors from an old ceramic tile to vinyl plank and originally were going to do the job ourselves and buy the flooring from Lowe’s or Home Depot…thank goodness we didn’t because not only did we get a superior product by speaking with Karim at Petra Flooring but he educated us that we should have his team do the installation in order to get the floor perfectly level before installing the flooring. We used Petra Flooring & Blinds in the past and we were very pleased about their customer service. They listen to your needs and provide very helpful recommendations. We had an issue with some shades and Kareem went far above and beyond the call of duty to address it. Their customer service and satisfaction are not only there during the purchase of the product or service but far beyond and across its entire lifecycle. We highly recommend Petra Flooring & Blinds and particularly Kareem for any type of project.

Karim and his team were excellent! We obtained estimates from several highly rated companies for the same carpet. His pricing was very reasonable and their installation of new carpet for 2nd floor was perfect! They cleaned up and vacuumed each area afterwards and made sure we were completely satisfied with theor work. We would highly recommend them for any carpeting needs.Service: Carpet installation
