I am blown away by everything Pella does and stands for, start to finish. We wanted to modify an existing exterior window into a sliding patio door and talked to several people about the job- most of whom made it sound daunting and more difficult than I thought it should be. Then Fernando from Pella came and sat with me in my kitchen for an hour or so really talking me through my options, and choosing this company was a no-brainer. Financing and scheduling was easy, and install was faster than I anticipated. I can't tell you how happy I am! Very pleased with the replacement process. Fernando described the products and answered questions clearly, that allowed me to make a product selection. Frank did an excellent job removing the old windows and installing the new ones.
Very happy with my experience at Pella with everyone. I got to work with Fernando and Gerardo from sales and installation , I highly recommend these two. The company is great all around with everyone working hard to ensure satisfaction of service provided .
