I built my own PC about 5 years ago and it blue screened on me I troubleshooted it as much as I could. I finally decided to come here because of the reviews and I was not where's many years years of experience day was able to help me in areas that I was not experienced in. these guys are super affordable and informative talk me through every step with the what they did and how they fixed it. If I have one gripe is that is too far but the service is worth it.

Bought a custom built PC from one of the many custom builders. I had brought my brand new custom built PC in to PC parts and service as I had a couple of questions about hardware and cable management, since this was my first custom built computer. Gary was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions and it helped me increase my knowledge on various subjects. All in all, this was a very positive interaction and I would not hesitate to bring my PC here in the future (Once my warranty from the custom builder expires) for repair.
