Nice professional group, and very clean inside everytime I visit. Another plus is they keep the front door locked at all times from the homeless that roam the area. They buzz you in. Parking can be a pain but it's just the way shopping center was set up.

I like the place but the website says gold level beds can go 20 minutes but they only allow 12 min. The beds are not super strong making you have to come back way too often. If the website says 20 minutes for gold level beds and I buy a package for gold level beds, I expect 20 minute tans in the gold level beds

I’ve been spray tanning for a long time now, first time at Palm Beach yesterday. Overall great experience. Judy was so helpful and showed terrific customer service. I will be returning and getting a monthly membership.
