One Dollar Dry Cleaners

Terrible experience with $1 Dollar Cleaners. Two days ago, I took my daughter's wedding dress to be cleaned, trusting their so-called "specialist" in garment care. From the start, I was concerned when the front desk clerk had to ask someone for advice on how to handle the dress, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Today, I went to pick it up, and I am absolutely heartbroken. The dress is completely ruined: * The once-white dress is now dull and dingy, losing its original brightness. * Several buttons are missing, which is unacceptable for such an important garment. * The pleats on the sides are detached. * The strapless top, which was structured and elegant, is now completely misshapen. To make matters worse, the owners were not available, so I couldn't file a proper complaint. The lack of accountability and professionalism from this place is shocking. I strongly advise against trusting this establishment, especially with delicate or sentimental items. The low prices are not worth the risk, and their mistake has ruined a priceless memory for my family.

She never left me talk , she hangs up phone in my face when I was asking her a question when she talked to costumers , she not talking , she yelling , she to take some costumer service ASAP she so so impolite , so rude she is everything she did not deserve no t even one ⭐ not even half ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

They ruin two of my nices Armani shirts ?they also give me the round a bouts and acted like they were the victims SMH ?was a customer for over 13yrs but not no more, it used to be way better when the other Asian lady was there, the younger one, idk what happen to her
