Although I was aware all sales are final, I ordered the wrong ink replacement and they would not allow an exchange. Customer service has apparently lost sight of the bigger picture. I'm frustrated enough to have placed a 1-star review but, in fairness to them "all sales are final". You know what, they are correct.
The customer service at MailQuick is exceptional. My associate, James, was extraordinary with his customer service. He initially took the time to deliver personally the same day. Great product knowledge and prices are very reasonable.
Ordered ink cartridges for my postage machine and two weren't compatible They sent me a new correct postage cartridge and gave me instructions on the return of the other two. Had no problems. Everything went smoothly.
