Owner is super knowledgeable and a miracle worker. Forgot my computer password and needed the files that same day, he said no problem and called me within 30min to pickup the laptop. Truly couldn’t ask for better service. Dude knows his stuff and is up-front with you about any questions you may have. Highly recommend

Darin is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, efficient, and goes above and beyond to execute computer repairs with a smile. Best Buy and Micro Center kept my son’s PC for a lengthy amount of time, did not fully inform me of what was needed to get the PC up and running, and I was overcharged for installing only the power source. I picked up the PC that was not repaired 100% and looked elsewhere for help. I gave Darin a shot and he went to work immediately- Johnny on the Spot. He makes everything look so easy. Taking the time to explain things in easy-to-understand terms is the way to earn people's repeat business in this industry, the same way a surgeon should explain your procedures in layman terms because the patient doesn't have a medical degree. The reason for bringing my comp here is because I don't have the expertise in comps.I appreciated the time, the detailed explanations, and the follow-up provided.
