Since merging with Cypress Creek Pest Control, customer service has suffered a bit. The communication is not at all consistent and that is my biggest problem. That being said, the rest of the service has been good. Everyone is professional and polite, seems to know their job and do it well. All the techs take steps to be neat and tidy and extremely respectful to my elderly parents. I'm very appreciative of that.

Jason came by and did a fantastic job! He was very professional and share some good advice with me about the red wasp we were having trouble with! Haven’t seen ants or wasp since he left! I will most definitely use them again! I’ll ask for Jason!Services: Ant extermination

We have been customers since 1977 and have never been disappointed. NW Pest has done our termite protection as well as our quarterly pest maintenance in our current and our previous home. Our current technician, Jason is very careful in his work. He is very respectful of the home and treats it as he would his own. He is prompt and courteous, and I don't have bugs!!!
