I can’t say enough about Deborah. I have dealt with chronic pain in my neck, elbows and forearms for years which prevented me from working out in the manner I wanted to. She was able to diagnose the root cause of all my issues (which was in no way an easy feat as it had alluded other therapists for years) and put together a treatment plan that has me feeling great and back to the level of physical activity I desired.Again, I cannot say enough about her abilities and would recommend her to anyone seeking pain relief. Thank you for everything you do!
I am an average 67 year old man. I have had several injuries over time and refused to adopt my MD's prescription recommendations. I don't need to be reliant on the various drugs they wanted me to take. I exercise less than I should but do Pilates a couple of times a week and ride a bike less frequently than I should. None of my MD's EVER told me about NMT therapy. A friend suggested I try it and it at first I was very hesitant for the same reasons I have never tried Chiropractic therapy's. I tried it and was very surprised it didn't involve any manipulation of bones, spine and such. It's all about the relationship of various muscles and soft tissue issues that can create pain. I have been using this therapy for a few years now and go once to four times a months depending upon what's going on. I highly recommend giving it a go if you have pain issues or stiffness.Jim T
I was in a car wreck many years ago in college. For years my shoulder blade would go numb when in a weird position, but it was nothing that bothered me too much for sports or physical activities. However, I reinjured it about a year ago. I had to stop working out and it was causing pain in my forearm (which was a bit weird for me). I sought out a neuromuscular therapist and through a referral I met with NMT. My personal experience was very positive and I know longer have pain in my arm and have been able to start working out again.
