Choosing a renovation company is a complex and intimidating decision. After doing a lot of research and interviewing several people, we chose NG Platinum Homes. We are so glad we did. Nadine and Emrey made sure the project was completed on time while providing constant and professional communication about every aspect of the job. When unexpected situations arose, as they always do in renovations, they helped us with solutions that demonstrated their years of experience. The team that spent 6 weeks in our home became like family. So much so that when a family medical emergency happened mid-project, Nadine was on the list of people receiving regular updates. They did a kitchen/pantry remodel for me about a year ago. I needed some minor adjustments recently and Emre followed-up with me and took care of them without a question. Omar came out and was diligent and considerate. Great to see someone finally standing behind their work! TY to the team.
