My brother recently passed away very suddenly. I was devastated and completely lost. I had seen Neptune Society when going to his house and looked it up out of curiosity, so the name immediately popped into my head when he passed. Cassie helped us through the process quickly and with much respect. She was not pushy regarding options, but just informed us of what they had to offer. I felt like the pricing was reasonable and she accommodated my requests. As a health care provider who has seen it all, I was very impressed. I would definitely use them again. Very respectful and empathetic towards our feelings of loss. Friendly staff, simple refreshments, numerous options for your loved one(s). Not a bad location, but the driveway entrance from the frontage road is quite steep.

Our family’s experience with Neptune was nothing short of perfect. Michael and Elizabeth did a great job of communicating with me. All the staff was so polite and thoughtful in expressing their condolences for our loss. Definitely recommend.
