This was the easiest things I have ever done for my family.As the executor for my mother's estate, dealing with my brother passing away in May of 2023 with no will and no directives, my wife and I have taken care of everything except dying. And we also have made a new friend, that I speak to every month.

I can’t express how wonderful the people at this Neptune Society wereWhen I needed help with taking care of my husband’s sudden passing. They were kind compassionate and knowledgeable. Helped me through the whole process with love. I definitely recommend they’re help if you need it

The office was quiet, private and the staff was knowlegeable and supportive.After the death of your loved one I would suggest the following to complete the death certificate:1. Call to make an appointment to see the funeral director. Allow about 2 hours for this meeting.2. Ask ahead of time what information/records to bring such as honorable discharge papers from military service, if applicable.3. Read and reread the death certificate carefully several times to catch any typo errors.When it is time to return and pick up the cremains ask someone to drive you as this can be an emotional time and it is safer to have a driver.
