Cindy is the best!! I have been following Cindy since before this location for the past 14-15 years. Everywhere she would move, I have followed. She now has her own Nail Spa. I just love Mrs.Linda.She's not there to make money, but to make sure you matter. She takes her time and don't rush just to get to another customer. She's the best❤
