Terrible, terrible, terrible experience.
They ruined a new dress of mine that I had bought for a wedding next month. One of the owners had an actitud and did not want to talk to me. Today October 14/2024 I lost my dress, I cried out of impotence.
Is not fair that business like that keep functioning. Please don’t go there. Sooner or later you will experience what I went through today.

Took a white shirt there to be dry cleaned.Went to pick it up, paid for it and when the young lady got it, the collar was still very dirty looking. So I told her that the collar still looks dirty. She called this old man over, and she told him what I said. He looked at the shirt and said "Give Him His Money Back" and told me" Don't Come Back". I told him " DON'T YOU WORRY BECAUSE I WON'T BE BACK BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT DOING NOTHING FOR ME FOR FREE AND YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET ANOTHER PENNY OF THIS BLACK'S MONEY. AND I'M GOING TO TELL EVERY BLACK PERSON I KNOW ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AND ENCOURAGE THEM NOT TO SPEND ONE PENNY HERE AND I WAS GOING TO POST IT ON SOCIAL MEDIA TOO.

Services at the counter is slow… how they have 8 people standing in line for 20 plus minutes. As much as they charge they should hire more people and I hope the cleaners part of my clothes is right or I’ll post another bad review… someone else just walked out of line from dropping off….. and I’m not even done typing
