I came on December to get my dad pants dry clean for Christmas. I was told they were going to be ready for the next day but when I came by they told me they werent able to find it but they told me they would pay it back when the manager came back from vacation. When I came back to get my money for the pants they told me they couldn’t because they weren’t responsible as they had new owners. The only thing they told me is that if they find it they would call me.

I used to love this place but not sure what has happened now! Did management or ownership change? I gave 2 pants that had sashes on them to be dry cleaned. They both came back without the sashes. The pants are no longer wearable and they were my two favorite pairs to wear to work. Never coming back here.
