MeriPlex/Cyberian has been our IT company for several years now. They have been excellent in securing our networks and protocols per our contract partners requirements.Multiple (Former) IT companies were unable to satisfy the strict protocols necessary to keep our network safe and secure. Most didn’t have the knowledge to setup or manage our firewall, so it was refreshing to finally find a professional IT firm capable of our needs/standards. Thank you again!.

We use Meriplex for IT support at work. They have excellent availability for service calls, either over the phone, or by email. Our tickets are usually resolved within the same phone call, in a very timely manner. The professionalism and friendliness are consistently top tier. Added bonus, they are extremely patient with people like me, who are less than proficient with computer systems.
