Great central location for a golf course. Worth every penny you pay if you are paying a Houston resident rate. Course condition varies from time to time. After the recent rains it’s in very good conditions. Greens are always well maintained, fast and challenging. Parking payment is a hassle - not because of the price but because it slips your mind.
Play here regularly, beautiful course, well maintained, but pace of play can be awfully slow - cart path only is the main culprit and is extra annoying in this heat. Makes zero sense.
I’m taking the opposite side of the argument from some of the recent reviews. Yes the course is a little beat up right now, but everyone has a short memory.
December-April Memorial was the purest conditioned course in Texas. If you didn’t get to experience it, you missed out.
The greens were mint this morning. Move your ball if you’re on a bare spot and everything its plenty playable
