Memorial Hermann Imaging Center - Upper Kirby

Long wait time.Poor waiting room. They have a coffee machine, uh-oh, it's out of service. They have a water cooler, but now they're out of cups! Do they have bottled water maybe? No way!That's the basics and you messed this up.

I’ve called the office two days in a row and both times a women redirected me to another phone number. I waited on hold for 30+ minutes both yesterday and today. I even told her that no one answered yesterday and she said okay and hung up. Crazy… doesn’t seem like I should be going here anyway!

From the moment I arrived until I left the attention was excellent, but the best thing was Clory's attention and patience, she was very kind and nice to me at all times. Thanks! :-)
