I was very happy with my urgent care appointment with Dr Eccles. he reviewed the test results and discussed treatment plans. He was kind, professional and thorough.I was traveling through Houston when i started feeling bad. the appointment was easy to schedule and they took me in on time.I would use MedExpress again.

This is my 3rd visit to this location and each time has been very pleasant. The front office staff are kind and helpful. The lobby is very clean and comfortable. The doctors are well trained and take the time to listen to the issue and determine the best course of care. I am in quickly and out quickly. I highly recommend.

I used the Virtual appointment service that Med Express offers. I was able to make my initial call to the virtual appointment line, have a call with the triage nurse, and have a meaningful virtual appointment with a doctor, and receive notification that my prescribed medications were ready at my pharmacy for pickup within 1 hour 20 minutes in total for all of these steps combined. I was impressed with the doctor and very appreciative of the seamless process.
