I lost my mom a few weeks ago. I don’t live in the state of Texas so didn’t know where to turn when it was time to make her funeral arrangements. I’m grateful that I was given McCoy & Harrison’s info. Mr Jordan was the person who took my initial call and he was my point of contact throughout the process. He and his team were kind and professional from start to finish. Everything was made clear and concise from the process of funeral to the overall cost. During what can be a stressful time they made the “doing” of it all simple. I’m grateful that they were the ones who helped me lay my mother to rest. Thank you for your care of me and my mother.
When we met Marcus Jammer, we had no idea how to plan for my mother's funeral. He was a blessing. He was compassionate, professional, and patient with us during a very difficult time in our lives.He made it easy to understand all the options available to plan my mother's funeral. He offered suggestions, but always let us make the final decisions. I unexpectedly lost my daughter which left me in a complete fog for the first couple of days. I'm unfamiliar with funeral homes and their locations in Houston but wanted my daughter's services to occur there since Houston was her home for more than the last decade. From my initial phone call with Mr. Lampkins to my last interaction with staff has been nothing but superb! I often heard, "whatever you want mom" and staff were definitely on point with execution.
