“I saw the high google rating and was intrigued. I walked in pretty skeptical but the massage was excellent. Kylie was great, I paid for deep tissue and definitely got it. Its not often where I have to tell the masseuse to ease up, its usually a problem with not enough strength but not with her. You can tell she takes pride in her work and it just makes it that much more better. No awkward tipping demands but I always tip well.“

I went to see him on Saturday, and he performed acupuncture combined with a special massage. Remarkably, my knee felt better right away. He also gave me a special anti-inflammatory patch, which I used on my knee for several days. On Sunday, I returned for another session with Dr. Gu, and by Monday, I was able to go straight back to work. If you're curious, I even have a video showing the acupuncture needles in action. I've known Dr. Gu for over 10 years, and he truly knows what he's doing. Plus, his services come at a very reasonable price. If you're dealing with any kind of pain, I highly recommend reaching out to him.“

“best massage and spa treatment I have ever received. the staff were so nice, they gave us mimosa (multiple ones and they were good) and tea. the massage was amazing and the foot reflexology had me so relaxed. My friend and I went one day while we were on vacation because our back were hurting but we came back for a second time right before we left to go home because the treatment was so wonderful.“

Coach Natalie was my coach for my first time there. She knew exactly what to do. I got one of the best workouts I had in a long time from her. She took care of me the whole way. Normally I used to do only high intensity Cardio And go until my heart is beating out of my chest. It makes you not want to go. Here this is day two, and my legs are still sore. As a black woman, it is super important that we feel inclusive environments. We often have to read the room to see if this is a place who are open to us. I can tell you I felt like a distant family member here. After my services were over I was served tea and the woman that was there (maybe the manager or owner) came out and talked to me and explained their Moroccan culture, allowed me to try some snacks, and just really catered and asked if there was anything else I needed.
