Expensive but worth it as they do a good job. They have a coupon on the back of the Kroger in the shopping center with them. Do not go in without the coupon. Go buy something at Kroger it's worth it for the coupon. There is one for men's dress shirts and 20% off. Make sure you check the expiration dates they won't take them if they are expired. Otherwise good cleaners. In by 9 am can get it back by 5pm. Have not used this service personally but friends have said it's good. No chemical smell on the clothes at pickup.

Horrible service. Just got a call from manager store being so rude telling me I have another customer's shirt.... and the other customer has one of mine. For some crazy reason, she thinks it is my fault they screwed up. Since when it is the customer's fault that they cannot figure out their system. Been a customer for 9 years... I am taking my business elsewhere. I spend about $100 per week... should they care?

Overall, I had a very poor experience in dealing with a specific problem situation recently. My trousers came back from their shop with holes. As soon as I found out, I took the unworn trousers back with the original tag. They initially said they would speak to their boss and call me in 2 days time. After 4 days of waiting I went to see what was going on. The lady gave me the pants back and said it wasn't them since they "check everything". They simply suggested that the holes weren't there when they gave me the trousers and I must have done something to the unworn trousers.
