Review with a bit of back story:We hired Maids and Moore to come and perform a deep cleaning of our house which was performed on 3/29. The service was lackluster to say the least, and I was left feeling disappointed. This to say that on the same day they offered to send the same crew back, or to send a different crew today 4/1.The crew came out today including Gloria and Edgar and they did a phenomenal job enough to where what would have been a 1 star review is now a 5.Service is important, but it's also important that a company will make it right if something wasn't provided, and they did it in spades.
We’ve used Maids and Moore for over 3 years, and they have done a good biweekly job. Edgar and Irma are our latest team, and they worked hard, doing such a great job. Thanks Irma and Edgar.
Amazing service, the crew did such an amazing job cleaning my house. Cleaning products really freshened up the place, they organized things on counter tops and the living room. Highly recommend this company!! Will be using them from now on. Thank you guys.
