I went back in November because of the awesome initial experience, second time not so much! Completely different experience. I booked my appointment online for the available time that worked best for me. Spoke with Judith shortly after booking and the time seemed to be an issue for her, although it was an open available time. I advised I would try to arrive a bit earlier but arrived about 20 mins after my initial scheduled time. The stylist seemed ok until the end.
She failed to dip my entire head so the braids were so tight painful and uncomfortable. She dipped only the ends and left the hair wet on the ends so the braids were tight due to no steam/or...read full review
All coming out and see Ms Luz Hair Braiding & Beauty she did't a amazing job on my granddaughter hair and she is very respectful so call come and see her they do a good job
