Let me start by saying that Imelda made mom’s birthday extra special!
Her hair looked absolutely amazing. My mom was so happy and felt beautiful on her special day. Totally recommend!!
I received the “Japanese hair straightening treatment” at the salon. Staff were all very kind and accommodating to any needs I had. They even offered snacks and water. Very professional staff.
I have two points for feedback. Staff are not experienced with super curly/kinky hair or African American hair so detangling was a bit painful. The Japanese hair straightening is a not a true Japanese straightening as it more accurately a smoothing process and loosens the curls rather than permanent hair straightening chemical service. I am still pleased with the results but not the advertised service.

Alejandra is great. She’s cut my curly hair for about two years now—often fixing my DIY cuts, and it always looks great after I get home & style it. (I only want to use my products & it takes foreverrrrrr to diffuse it so I do that at home. Curly girls will understand)I highly recommend her!
