These guys used to be Lumber Liquidators, I see why they changed their name. They sold us Morning Star Angie bamboo flooring that was defective. A class action lawsuit was brought against Morning Star, they lost. I was part of the class. The flooring was so bad it had to be replaced. LL Flooring(formerly know as Lumber Liquidators) installed the bamboo flooring. They floated the slab and then glued the bamboo to the float. They didn't bother to seal the slab. Moisture came up through the slab, ruining the floor from beneath. Turns out bamboo flooring is never supposed to be glued. Instead it is floated without glue when properly installed. Excellent experience! We got excellent costumer service. Beli and Megan gave us a great advice. They are very knowledgeable. Great diversity of styles. We love the vinyl we purchased. Highly recommended!

Went in there looking for some wall tile. Only one guy in the store, standing there chatting in Spanish to another customer. So I wait and wait and all I’m interested in is one single product. He looks at me and asks me if he can help me and I tell him yes I’m getting to figure out the price of a tile. So he names it and look at the computer then keeps on chatting with the other customer in Spanish. After waiting for like 10 minutes being completely ignored I just walked out and he says: sorry about that buddy… first of all I’m not your buddy. I’m a customer, a potential one at least.
