My experience with Store:8366 Westheimer Rd Suite F, Houston, TX 77063 Store # 435 Almost a year after purchase of our dream home we have given up and saw LL Flooring Inc storefront at 8366 Westheimer Road on a Sunday before closing. It turned out to be the best decision we made. Sara gave us a big smile and was, "Welcome to our store and come on in." We had a puppy in our hands, so we looked at her. Will you be closing soon want to peak quickly? She was like it does not matter what time it closes and bring the puppy; we can let you test our floors. We stayed over two hours after closing and went home jumping for joy. Sara even kept the puppy busy while we were looking. We've never in our life had that level of service. Sara and the crew, Bali and Meghan- Store Manager, were like a family you just discovered. The most important part of LL Flooring is missing with your other retailer. They streamlined product chain, shrinks overhead which allows the company to discount its flooring as result you get more than you paid for with added customer service. The store (yes, the store) arranges a home visit with an estimator and, later, signs a contract with the purchase of what you want to have installed. They walk you through the whole process until it is complete to your satisfaction. The floor installer comes to your home and installs the product. If a problem arises, the installer is doing something you disapprove we picked up the phone and called the store. Sara picked up the phone and took care of questions and talked to the installers. She communicated to Meagon who instantly takes action being the manager of the store. Meagon's priority is her customers. It is a daunting process if you don't have a crew who genuinely care about their customers, are professional, knows the product, and answer the question we ask. We told them exactly what we wanted, and after looking for nearly a year around other places, they granted us our wishes for the floor and the stairs. It was like going into a luxury store without paying the price. It took me so long to write this review because I am still dealing with a fraudulent monster contractor. I would genuinely like to thank the 8366 Westheimer store and will never forget the positive impact you made in our lives. I wish Sara, Bali, and Meagan could handle the whole renovation process.
