Amazing gym! The people that work here are so positive and good people! Good vibes only. The instructors 10/10. They’re honestly all good and very helpful. I feel like they do a really good job keeping the facility clean as well. Best gym in Houston :)

Con#1- I come here to steam and the women’s steam sauna is literally always broken. Six months ago, I reached out to the general manager to inquire why it’s always broken and she actually responded by telling me she’s never heard of it being broken. I’ve been a member for a year and it’s literally broken every other week. I don’t usually ask why. One time it was broken because the employee said she left it open too long while hosing it down. Today is Saturday morning and the employee said it’ll be broken until the technician can come out on maybe Monday.

I am extremely grateful for the Alpha classes that LifeTime offers, especially for the amazing coaches at the City Centre location. In particular, Coach Charles Robinson (Traps) stands out. He’s incredible at pushing the team and encouraging us to show up every day. His motivation drives me to improve and get better with each class. I feel so much better and well-guided under his instruction. This man truly deserves an award—best coach ever, without a doubt. He makes this membership completely worth it - someone please promote him!!!
