I called Allison to see if she could work with my son who has ADHD. She was upfront and honest and told me that he would be better suited with a coach that deals with ADHD issues. She helped me find a coach and told me to reach out to her anytime with further questions even though I’m not a client. Based on this brief interaction with her, I highly recommend her to help achieve your goals!!
I was recommended to see Allison because I just needed help from someone unbiased when it came to all of the things unraveling in my life. The first few times I saw her, I was very overwhelmed and didn't know where to begin. I'll admit I cried a few times because I was stressed and felt like nothing I was doing was helping me. Allison sweetly calmed me down and presented a worksheet with sections to work on - an accountability sheet if you will. We broke my life into these sections: Family, Friends, School, Work, Hobbies (to name a few). I've really enjoyed working with Allison the last few months. She's given me insight to problems and stressors that I've had for years and given me the tools to handle and deal with those issues. I finally feel "in control" of my life and "mentally organized". Highly recommend!!!
