I'm an early riser and I workout in the gym with my 4 son's multiples times a week. The most important part of my day is coming in to see Miss Valerie every morning. She is a bright light that the Lord placed into my life to keep me motivated and prayed up at all times. She is nothing short of amazing and I love the energy she provides to the Langham Creek YMCA.

We toured the facility for trying to switch from another gym. Monthly membership pricing is reasonable but they really need to renovate and improve the facility. Long dark hallways with very old fixtures. Very few cardio machines had tv and all of them were taken on a saturday afternoon which is a slower day. There is no indoor pool so if kids want to learn swim, thats not an option in the winter. Kids area timings are not very conducive for weekends but the good thing is that kids above a certain age can also workout in the cardio area. As I previously stated, there is a very welcoming atmosphere here. The equipment is very functional, and easy to use. Every piece of equipment has use instructions. The facility is well kept and maintained.
