    Despite multiple attempts to schedule an appointment for the installation of an EV charging station, as recommended by my builder, I encountered significant difficulty in reaching the company. Unfortunately, most of my calls went unanswered, and when I did manage to speak with someone, my details were taken but I never received follow-up. This lack of responsiveness led me to seek services elsewhere, concerned about the reliability of their post-service support."

    The tech did good work at a fair price, arrived when they said they would and finished earlier than quoted. The electrician was very nice and explained exactly what he was doing, then showed he had done it.

    I wish I could give 0 stars. Landmark did the electrical work on a new house we purchased about 2 years ago. We are having some issues, so I called to schedule a service appointment. I even told them I knew we are past the warranty period. They won't even call me back. So, poor workmanship and no customer service. Find another electrician.
