I bought this very expensive tile from them. The tile itself was $500. I got worth of $50,000 from them and when I got them half of them was broken badly and they wouldn’t do anything claiming that it is natural stone so these are natural cracks. Please be aware when u purchase from them and make an agreement for this before u purchase.Since the beginning dealing with them has been nothing but unpleasant but I swallowed it. Until now when they are denying us of any solution because they think it’s ok it won’t show from far away!!Although each piece has many cracks and not only one!!They just replied again making excuses on how not to work with us on the really bad...read full review

Here's a helpful tip for visiting the showroom...La Nova is best for architects, designers, and builders. I have found that it's important to know: the square footage needed, if the space is indoor/outdoor, if it's a wall or floor, do you need big tiles or small tiles. Do you have samples of other items in the same space - paint samples, fabric samples, etc.All of these things will help during your appointment. And oh! Yes, appointments are necessary as everyone is always in meetings when you arrive.La Nova really has the most unique high end tile in Houston, so I hope these tips help you have an experience as good as I've had. Their selection really is incredible.

Very nice showroom with a large variety of quality tile. However, salesperson was very rude and showed zero respect or courtesy. After entering the store and taking a moment to look around the only greeting I received was being rudely asked if a "designer sent me." When I said I sent myself, they then berated me about not having an appointment even though it's not necessary. Long story short the salesperson seemed completely annoyed by my presence and had no interest in helping me. The interaction was so terrible, another customer in the store approached me and commented on how rude the lady was and that she, "shouldn't have talked to you like that."
