I am happy with the service and the price. I am especially happy to find a lash business that doesn’t take advantage of their customers with contracts they don’t want to fulfill such as my previous experience with Amazing Lash studios at Vintage Park. La Me is more competitive with their prices and their customer service is far better than my previous business experience.

To be honest, I am probably the hardest person to please when it comes to a service like this - LameLash is such a consistent and great place to go to get your lashes done. Even if there is something that goes wrong their customer service is a 10 out of 10 so they try to make accommodations as much as possible as you can see they have a strong five star rating and trust me. It's 100% accurate. Of course they are human so maybe there are some adjustments that can be made that I cannot even name, but I think if you want to make sure you 100% have a good experience then pay the price and come here. Very clean very comfortable and the bathrooms are nice as well.

UPDATED ** I went back after they contacted me about my issues and they fixed it. My eyelashes look 100x better now. Again, they’re a very friendly staff and we’re apologetic about the situation.———————I went in for a lash lift and was thoroughly disappointed because of the lack of results. The lady half way through said “it takes up until your third time for them to really curl” so my hopes of having a good lift went down south quick. Although the place is relaxing and they’re friendly, it does not make up for the loss of money. 0/10 would recommend if you need to them for an event or anything important. 0/10 would recommend spending your money...read full review
