I give it 5 stars because honestly my nails ALWAYS come out better than I expect BUT truthfully I dislike that all the people depend on Tracy a lil to much… she does a damn great job! But! It would be convenient if everybody else do the whole 9 yards … 1 only knows how to do pedicures, 1 just adds the nails and shapes them , 1 I believe also just does pedicures and Tracy DOES THE REST like whaaattttt…

Trash... I paid my money for a French manicure and a polish of my toes and it came off my nails the next day. Asked can she redo it and she gave me a time frame to come back as if my nails were done right in the 1st place and I don't have to work and just come right back.

I've been coming to this nail shop for quite some time & I've never been disappointed. I only have pedicure & eyebrow wax service. I don't ever feel I'm rushed through my services. No issue with paint chipping off, too hot wax, cuts or anything. They actually LISTEN to you!! I'm more of a classic style person. So when I ask not too keep my brows all boxed & square like the current trend they get it.I don't wear nails but Miss Tracy must be the shizzle bc as long as I've been coming people will wait over an hour for her. At 1 point she was the only one doing nails here but the young lady recently hired is just as sweet. And from customers reactions she does a great job too.Come here with patience, an appointment or during the week if you can. We all know the weekend is a nail salon's busiest time. Yelp on my friends!
