Came in for 9:30 didn’t leave until 1 because they said they have appointments that come first but didn’t let nobody know that they had appointments until the people got there after they already started on your nails nails came out cute but that’s very unprofessional you don’t treat people like that, that spends there hard earned money and then when I left they started laughing talking about the situation when my sister was in there like you never know who people are to other people

Definitely money hungry if you have appointments say that don’t treat people bad like that

I give it 5 stars because honestly my nails ALWAYS come out better than I expect BUT truthfully I dislike that all the people depend on Tracy a lil to much… she does a damn great job! But! It would be convenient if everybody else do the whole 9 yards … 1 only knows how to do pedicures, 1 just adds the nails and shapes them , 1 I believe also just does pedicures and Tracy DOES THE REST like whaaattttt…
