I am giving this place two stars because they have a different style than many other places on Hilcroft for gold shipping but the service is pretty poor. Pricing is ok. Quality is comparable but will not go back because the service was so atrocious. If you want to be treated poorly, by all means, this is the shop for you. They will blame you for having to wait and take no responsibility for the situation. They helped people who walked in after us after we had been waiting an hour. I am extremely happy by the service and the way we were treated by Usha Ben, she is very helpful, calm and polite. She also didn’t charge a single penny for repairing by broken bracelet. I literally compared price for 1 oz gold bar, it was cheapest at kirti jewelers amongst whole of Houston. The variety and design of jewelry is incomparable. They also have dedicated session for South Indian style and North Indian style design jewelry.I highly recommend it for gold and silver bars.

My wife and I got married here in the US and our traditional South Indian Tamil brahmin thaali/mangal sutra was designed by Kirti jewelers. Very professional artisanship and timely delivery. Very trustable. We drove from Austin to get ours and will do so again for future traditional jewelry. ?
