Our approach to martial arts fitness is of science and philosophy. As we are not a sport-oriented school, we don't emphasize trophies, nor do we encourage tournament-type competitions. The importance of safety and natural movements keep students practicing in a risk-free and friendly environment. The instructors are highly trained, very knowledgeable, and most helpful to all members. As of 2022, we celebrate our 54th year in the great city of Houston, Texas. This type of exercise and learning cater to the everyday person who is interested in improving themselves from within, as well as promoting good physical health.
