I've been going to Kavana Spa for a better part of a decade. Most recently, I needed help with lymphedema. After just one session with Ady, I lost over 2 lbs of water weight! She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She even allowed me to bring my husband to the session so he can learn how to do lymphatic drainage massage.

In a word - outstanding. I have chronic back problems and Parkinson's disease so I was looking for an effective and well trained therapist when I moved to the area. As a retired physician I was very particular about the quality I was seeking. Stacey Smith exceeded my expectations at every turn. She took her time to understand my medical conditions and adjusted her techniques to meet my concerns. She is well versed in a variety of massage techniques and used heated stones and deep tissue massage to effectively relieve my pain. just completed a couples therapy massage where Ady taught me lymph node drainage to work on my wife. She was very informative and patient. And she is open to bring me back again to make sure I'm doing everything correct. Convenient location, very clean building, nicely decorated, and super friendly staff. Everyone should go check it out.
