Shay was excellent, professional, and timely! It was my first time going and she made me feel at ease and very comfortable. I received comb coils and she was very thorough as my hair needed some work. My hair came out perfect!! We had great conversation and I love the location and her suite is very nice and clean. I will definitely be back!
She's a certified hair-miracle worker who relentlessly works to get the job done, even when I showed up with an 8-month unkempt, sew-in that was a matted hot-mess. Sure, I needed my behind whooped, but Shay was hilarious and dug deep into her stylist toolkit to ensure I didn't leave bald-headed. I don't like pics, but if she likes, she can post the final detangle; perhaps this testimony will help others who are where I was. Additionally , I thoroughly appreciated the laughs; convo; her personality; one-to-one salon set-up; and most importantly, her patience and her skills. I'm excited to call her my new stylist! Shay is the only person I allow to let braid me and my daughter’s hair. She’s amazing! Our braids are always neat and she’s very quick. I would definitely recommend her to others.
