I can’t compliment this company enough. Alex was truly amazing tonight. I just got a new truck and did something stupid that put me in a position to need a tow immediately. My trusted mechanic recommended this company and they showed up quickly late at night. Because my truck was new and I’m not use to tows, I had a lot of questions on a night in Houston when it was 23 degrees at the time. Alex was patient and kind answering all questions and used a skilled technique to get my truck safely on his flat bed just because it made my eyes feel it was safer to be up there. Alex is the person that assisted me and he was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely personable. I would definitely use this company again and would feel comfortable referring them to any of my friends or family. He came quickly, he took great care with my vehicle, answered all my questions.
