My designated account my refund was supposed to go to was changed .. please make a police report because hes done this more then once .. and then he disappears to the Philippines for years.
1st phone appointment, no one called. I had to call them and reschedule for their oversight. 2nd phone appointment they called over 30 minutes late and Joseph was laughing about it. My time and my finances are apparently humorous to this clown.
Horrible accountant! Do NOT take your business here. This man made me drive for forty minutes at 6am bc we had an appointment and left me stranded there for an hour only to tell me he had forgot and didn’t even apologize or try to make the situation better. Moreover, the man straight up hit on me! Extremely unprofessional!! I had thought he did my taxes the year prior but when I finally managed to get my taxes done I discovered that the man never did my taxes yet he took my money!! Terrible!! Do not recommend.
