I had a water leak and they came right away to "somewhat" review the issue. They had my yard dug up and repairs completed within a day. The tech was very nice and I think they did okay. The issue I am having now is that they will not break down the invoice if $4500. I have asked repeatedly and was told that would make it a customized invoice so they can not provide that. I have even asked to speak with a manger but still have not received a call back.
I called John Moore because one of the rooms in my house was not cooling properly. John Moore communicated with me several times via text prior to the arrival of the technician. The technician fixed the problem quickly and the price was very reasonable. I have used John Moore before and I will use them again.
We have had 3 technicians in our house today. HVAC, plumbing and electrical. All 3 of them were extremely knowledgeable and explained in detail of what needed to be done to correct problems. They were polite and very cordial. A very enjoyable experience.
