My friend and I had a phenomenal experience here. I called about an hour before the appointment for two pedicures, one gel. They were able to accommodate us right away and with exceptional service. First, the price-point is amazing for both quality and value. Second, they were very sweet and personable. Third, they were somehow both very timely and very thorough with great attention to detail. I will most definitely be back!

I needed a quick polish change before my trip and came across Jennifer Nail & Spa on my Yelp search. I called and they said they could take me despite having some appointments scheduled. I got there and noticed the salon didn't have any dedicated parking out front so make sure to snag parking along the side. As soon as I got in, the ladies took me and did a nice polish change for me. They didn't rush me, they conversed with me and I paid $22 for polish change on both my hands and toes. That was cheap compared to other places I phoned that day. Note that Jennifer doesn't have all the frills of other nail salons but, the ladies are so warm and can get the job done.

Jennifer has been doing my nails & Tammy does my pedis for about 20 yrs. They are consistently clean, creative, & give their full attention to every customer. Sometimes that causes them to run a little late, but they're worth the wait. I love that I can count on my nails to look & stay great every time. The reduction in star is for pricing. They are high but that is partially due to their location, W. University (at least their parking is still free). They probably charge me more because I'm picky & like to challenge them with high end painting techniques.
