I rent my home thru a rental company and I was having bad leaking problems. I notified the rental company and they didn't respond until 2 days later but didn't fix the problem. So I had to put in for the same problem again then later that day I received a call from the dispatch of JC Plumbing and they said they were notified of a work order but the rental company to approve it. I explained to the dispatch this problem has been reported before but never properly fixed and there was water everywhere. From that point JC Plumbing was a tremendous help by pushing the approval for the job, came out the next morning fixing the actual leak, came the next day dried all the carpet...read full review
They were sent by my landlord Progress Residential and I think they would be good if you hire them outright. They did very little to help because they were sent by them. Again, I would hire them personally but they are horrible service for the landlord
