Dr. Chang is amazing. Have you been to other Dermatologists??? She is thorough, informative, kind. If you find something as her patient, and want it looked at right away, she makes the time. (You do have to be persistent getting to speak her actual reception area). I have been to many - She is one of the best.

April, 2022: After spending and hour and a half in the waiting room, I chose to leave without seeing Dr. Chang for my annual skin cancer check. During the wait there were no updates provided by the staff, no acknowledgments I was one of only a few still sitting in the waiting room as staff evidently started leaving for lunch. No explanations or apologies were offered for the delay... The experience was very frustrating after making the appointment quite a bit in advance, driving from the far west end of Galveston Island and arriving early as instructed. When I informed the receptionist I was leaving, I was immediately told I was next -- however, at that point I wasn't willing to gamble the possibility that my wait would only continue in the exam room. Time to find a new provider closer to home.
